How does It work?
Mental fitness training involves working with your coach to uncover, fine tune, and maintain positive and healthy mental habits. You will work on creating a mental fitness plan at the end of the training.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on whether you prefer to pay per session or save with a monthly subscription. Once you create an account, you'll be able to select the pricing model that works best for you.
How does mental fitness coaching differ from therapy?
Therapy focuses on addressing specific mental health challenges once they arise. In contrast, mental fitness training involves developing the mental habits needed to build resilience against potential mental health concerns. Individuals with low mental fitness are at a higher risk of developing debilitating mental health conditions.
Goals:
Therapy: Aims to treat serious mental health conditions such as chronic Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, bipolar disorder, or depression.
Mental Fitness Program: Focuses on maintaining positive behavioral and mental habits. Does not treat underlining mental health conditions.

Flexibility in Non-Clinical Topics: As a licensed coach, we can explore a wider range of topics, allowing for more flexible discussions.
No Location Limits: Coaching sessions can continue regardless of where you live, unlike therapy, which is limited to states where the therapist is credentialed (currently NY).
More Informal: Coaching sessions are less structured and more relaxed.
Commitment Options: Coaching offers flexible commitment options such as ‘pay per session’, biweekly, or monthly sessions, whereas therapy typically requires a monthly commitment.
Habit-focused vs. Insight-focused: Coaching sessions emphasize maintaining current healthy mental and behavioral habits, focusing on present progress rather than past analysis.
Pricing Structure
Mental fitness Coaching: $65+/session up to $190+/month. No cancellation fee. No insurance coverage
Therapy: Covered by participating insurance, with only a copay. Cancellation fee: $70 (for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice). Private pay starts at 120+ per session
Mental Fitness coaching may not be appropriate if you are actively suicidal, in crisis, experiencing serious mental health disorders that is affecting your daily living ( i.e job, relationships, family, ability to take care of yourself, etc). If you you are experiencing any of this, please consider therapy services.
