Alternatively, you can log into your client portal to cancel or reschedule
How long is a session?
A session lasts 45-min.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, there are different options depending on your status with us. If you're a returning user with an account, you can schedule an appointment using your secure client portal, which can be found at this link: https://portal.tnazservices.com/.
If you're a new user and haven't booked an appointment with us before, please use our appointment booking page in the menu.
How do I know if I have an account created with you?
If you're unsure whether you have an account with us, don't worry. Every user who has ever placed an appointment with us was given an account invitation. If you did not receive it or have the email, simply click on the "Having Trouble" button on the portal page or visit this link: https://portal.tnazservices.com/site/havingTrouble to reset your account or password.
I have booked an appointment before but I do not remember my password
If you've booked an appointment before but can't remember your password, no problem! Just click on the "magic link" button, and you'll be logged in automatically using your email address. The magic link can be accessed here: TNAZ Services - Magic Login
If you are a returning user and you have an account with us, please book an appointment using your secure client portal, which can be found here: https://portal.tnazservices.com/
